Stuart McLean

Stuart McLean is an experienced human resource and talent management professional currently serving as the General Manager People & Culture at ADG Engineers since December 2021. With a background spanning over two decades, Stuart has held significant roles including Talent Management & Diversity Leader for Australia & APAC at GHD, where strategic insights on talent management and diversity metrics were provided. Prior to GHD, Stuart led HR initiatives at Ernst & Young as Oceania Assurance HR Leader, overseeing various HR functions and advising leadership on relevant strategies. Earlier roles include HR management positions at FM Global and recruitment management at i2 Technologies, focusing on talent acquisition across various sectors in Europe. Stuart holds a degree in Economics, HR & IR from The University of Western Australia.
