Nertila Godaj

Nertila Godaj is a seasoned recruitment specialist with extensive experience in human resources. Currently at ADHR GROUP since July 2018, Nertila specializes in talent selection for local development projects, particularly in recruiting managers to coordinate insurance and pension consulting teams. Previous experience includes working as an HR specialist at Generali Italia from October 2014 to July 2018, focusing on talent acquisition and team management. Earlier roles included a position at Areajob spa, where Nertila handled candidate reception, resume screening, job description activities, and facilitated communication between candidates and companies.
