Jim Copeland

Jim Copeland is a seasoned professional in product management and merchandising with extensive experience in the sports and retail sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Global Product Manager for adidas, Copeland leads the Global Product Creation team for adidas Skateboarding apparel and has achieved remarkable growth in the business, increasing it by over 120% year-over-year within just two seasons. Previously, as Director Regional CTC for North America, Copeland managed the P&L for the "Action Sports" category and led cross-functional teams. Earlier in the career at Zappos Family of Companies, Copeland held multiple roles in buying and merchandising, overseeing a product portfolio with annual sales exceeding $160 million. Jim Copeland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from California State University, Stanislaus.
