Saheed A. Salami, PhD, currently serves as the Global Scientific and Technical Manager for Feed Digestibility at Adisseo and is a member of two Technical Advisory Groups at the FAO, focusing on Circular Bioeconomy Approaches and Methane emissions. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Mootral as Director of Animal Science, where strategic research advanced feeding solutions, and Alltech as a Research Fellow, where data mining and analytics were utilized to enhance sustainability in animal protein systems. With a strong academic background, Saheed holds multiple PhDs in food science and agricultural innovation, alongside various master's degrees in animal nutrition and management. Academic and research endeavors have spanned multiple institutions, leading innovative projects aimed at improving livestock nutrition and sustainability.
