Bhargavi Sridharan

Bhargavi Sridharan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the financial services and fintech sectors. Currently serving as Head of Aditya Birla Capital One since October 2022, Bhargavi is focusing on creating a digital-first startup that integrates technology and analytics into finance. Prior to this role, Bhargavi held significant positions at ICICI Bank as Head of E-Commerce Ecosystem, contributing to the successful development of the InstaBIZ app for business banking. Experience includes founding FinMitra, a fintech company, and senior management roles at Tata companies, where key contributions involved corporate finance, strategic planning, and the execution of high-profile M&A deals. Bhargavi holds an MBA from SPJIMR, is a CFA charterholder, and has a B.Com degree from Bangalore University.
