Steven Marshall

Steven Marshall is an experienced M&A Manager at Adler and Allan since February 2024, previously serving as Associate Director in Transaction Services within Corporate Finance at BDO UK LLP from September 2013 to February 2024. Steven has held various roles in corporate finance, progressing from Executive to Senior Manager. Steven is ACA qualified, achieving first-time passes. Earlier experience includes positions as a Computer Programmer/Software Designer at Style & Vision Opticians, Dispensary Assistant at Eccleshill Pharmacy, and multiple summer internships in asset valuation and insolvency with prominent firms. Steven holds a BSc in Investment and Finance in Property from the University of Reading and completed ACA training at BPP. Education also includes time at Bradford Grammar School.
