Hannah Rathgeber

Hannah Rathgeber currently serves as Head of People & Culture at ADLER Smart Solutions since November 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and talent management. From May 2020 to October 2023, Hannah held the position of Director of Talent & Culture at COMATCH, focusing on HR professionalization, change management, and fostering a people-centric culture. Previously, Hannah was the HR Director for Edelman in Germany, where responsibilities included establishing the HR department and managing the entire employee lifecycle. Hannah's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources at DDB, where talent acquisition processes and HR operations were developed, and as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Grey Group Germany. Hannah holds a Magister Artium degree in Angewandte Kulturwissenschaften from Universität Lüneburg.
