Karys Oram

Karys Oram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and business resilience, currently serving as Head of Business Resilience at Admiral Group Plc since September 2019. Previously held roles include Head of Operational Resilience, responsible for creating a resilient organization, and Head of Governance & Reporting, managing reporting on customer and business conduct. Prior to Admiral, Karys contributed to Tata Steel Europe as Compliance & Internal Controls Manager and Analyst, and gained experience at PwC and Baker Tilly in risk assurance and internal audit. Karys holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, along with various leadership certifications and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice with Psychology.
