Kyle Owen

Kyle Owen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, leadership, and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Squad Lead at Admiral Group Plc since November 2022, Kyle previously held the role of Scrum Master at Backbase from December 2021 to November 2022. At Tata Steel, from September 2005 to December 2021, Kyle progressed from a Manufacturing Apprentice to Senior Operator, ultimately becoming an Operational Excellence Coach, where responsibilities included delivering programs aimed at sustainable operational excellence and mentoring leaders for cultural change. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English Language and Literature with a focus on Linguistics from The Open University between October 2016 and July 2022.
