Rachel Purchase

Rachel Purchase is an experienced data and analytics professional currently serving as the Director of Data and Analytics at Admiral Group Plc since July 2009. In this role, Rachel is responsible for the data, analytics, and AI strategy for the UK Insurance business, overseeing a team of 150 and contributing to a larger data community of 875. Previously, Rachel led a significant tech transformation initiative and managed various data teams while holding the position of Telematics Pricing and Risk Analytics Manager, where pioneering machine learning models significantly improved pricing strategies. Rachel began the career as a Statistician Student Placement after completing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Cardiff University.
