Rich Pearsall

Rich Pearsall currently serves as the Head of Process, Procedures & Talent Evolution for Admiral Group Plc, a role begun in April 2022 as part of the Senior Leadership Team within Platform Services. Prior experience at Admiral Group includes positions such as DBA Service Manager and IT Release & Change Manager, where Rich oversaw staff development and the implementation of effective change management processes. Rich's extensive history at Admiral spans over two decades and includes responsibilities in IT technical operations, telecoms management, and database administration. Rich holds a Master's degree in Art Education from the University of Delaware, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
