Bassem Tadros

Bassem Tadros serves as the Vice President of Asset Management for International Gas and LNG at ADNOC Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Bassem held multiple senior positions at Sasol from November 2013 to January 2024, including Vice President of Global Upstream and Operations, Vice President of Mozambique Asset Management and Operations, and Vice President of Non-Operated JVs, Global Exploration and Business Development. Bassem's responsibilities encompassed overseeing significant asset portfolios, ensuring P&L performance, and driving growth strategies on a global scale. Bassem's earlier experience includes leadership roles at BG Group, BP, Foster Wheeler, and Schlumberger, coupled with a robust educational background featuring an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and various executive education programs from renowned institutions such as Duke University and the University of Oxford.
