Gareth Smith

Gareth Smith is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in HR strategy and operational delivery across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Capital Management at ADNOC Group since August 2020, Gareth has previously held significant roles such as Head of Human Resources at Odyssey Infrastructure and Global HR Director for Procurement at Saudi Aramco. Gareth also served as Global HR Director for Global Oil Trading at British Petroleum and held senior HR positions at RBS and JPMorgan. Educational credentials include a BA Hons in History from the University of Birmingham.
