Flora Ballabas

Flora Ballabas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software testing and recruitment. Currently serving as a Scrum Master and Application Tester at Adnovum since May 2020, Flora is responsible for evaluating software requirements, creating test scenarios, and implementing application tests. Previous roles include Junior Test Engineer at evosoft, focusing on software testing for Siemens PLCs, and an IT Recruiter at Tata Consultancy Services, where Flora oversaw the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions. Flora also holds degrees in Human Resources Management from Corvinus University of Budapest and Sabanci University, as well as a certification in Software Development from Green Fox Academy.
