Varanya Mathanarajan is a seasoned professional in talent development with extensive experience in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Development Partner at Adobe, Varanya previously held the position of Talent Development Consultant & Program Manager for the APAC & Japan regions. Earlier experience includes a role as a People & Culture Advisor and Talent & Development Specialist at Amadeus IT Pacific and multiple positions at EY, including Oceania Senior Learning Deployment Specialist and Oceania Learning & Development Specialist, as well as Graduate Recruitment Coordinator. Varanya holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from UNSW.
