Fabienne Record

Fabienne Record has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Acheteuse centrale alimentaire régionale at AD'OCC since October 2020. Previously, Fabienne worked as Chargée de développement at Terra Alter Pays d'Oc and managed a restaurant at La croisée des saveurs from September 2012 to October 2019, where responsibilities included team management, administrative oversight, and marketing. Fabienne also completed an internship as Chargé de mission at La Région Occitanie / Pyrénées-Méditerranée, contributing to local sourcing initiatives for school cafeterias. Earlier experience includes founding and managing Restaurant la Mignardise. Fabienne holds a Master 2 in Management et Ingénierie en restauration collective from ISTHIA - Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès, along with degrees in social sciences related to food and hospitality management.
