Amy Maas

Amy Maas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and business transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at ADP since November 2020, Amy previously held the position of Senior Consultant in the AdvantEdge Analytics Business Planning Office at CUNA Mutual Group from 2018 to 2019, where support was provided to the executive team on the implementation of the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) initiative. Amy’s tenure at ADP from 1997 to 2018 included roles such as Director of Business Transformation, Business Performance Manager, Manager of Quality Assurance, Project Analyst, and Quality Assurance Coordinator, where numerous initiatives focused on standardizing KPIs, enhancing client experience, and compliance management were executed.
