Chetan Hegde

Chetan Hegde is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in managing product development and team supervision across various industries. Currently serving as Technical Director at ADP since May 2022, Chetan oversees core product management within the WorkForceNow platform, leading multiple scrum teams and supervising a substantial team of developers. Prior to ADP, Chetan held the position of R&D Director at OneTrust, focusing on leadership and release management with responsibilities for resource handling and team activities. Chetan's experience also includes roles such as Supply Chain IT Manager at Floor & Decor, where project implementation and team management were key, and various positions at Manhattan Associates, contributing to professional services and technical management for major clients. Chetan's early career included software integration roles at Data Trak Technologies and programming support during an internship at StayWell Health Management. Chetan's educational background includes a BE in Instrumentation and Electronics from B. M. S. College of Engineering and two years of MS studies in Computer Science at South Dakota Mines.
