Ravi Teja Marrapu

Ravi Teja Marrapu is an experienced Agile Team Lead at ADP since August 2010, specializing in the delivery of GlobalView Projects across European countries and assisting clients in their transformation journeys. With a robust background in project management, consulting, and implementation, Ravi has successfully overseen client onboarding for the SAP HCM system and managed critical issues for major clients. Additional roles at ADP include Senior Project Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Associate Functional Consultant, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Outside of ADP, Ravi served as District Director at Toastmasters International, managing operations and finances, and has a solid foundation in technology as a former lecturer and trainee. Ravi holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a BTech in Electronics and Communication from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
