Reza Naghdi

Reza Naghdi is an accomplished professional in technology implementation and consulting, currently serving as a Next Gen HCM Implementation Consultant at ADP since October 2022. With experience in various roles, including SaaS Implementation Manager at Get Inclusive and Implementation Specialist at EVERFI, Reza has consistently delivered business and technical solutions to optimize platforms and enhance clients' operational workflows. Previous positions include Technical Consultant at Synology and Technical Analyst at FranConnect, where Reza developed technical expertise and supported client processes. Reza holds a Master of Science in Applied Information Technology with a focus on Cyber Security and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology specializing in Networking and Telecommunications, both from George Mason University.
