Mahala Raleigh, MBA, is a dedicated human resources professional with a solid background in employee relations, benefits administration, and talent development. Currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Adrian Steel since April 2023, Mahala previously held the position of Human Resource Generalist at Anderson Development Company, where responsibilities included advising on HR matters and facilitating staff hiring. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Autoneum, focusing on compliance and safety culture, as well as a similar role at Hospice of Lenawee, where Mahala analyzed team satisfaction and developed departmental goals.
