Aishani Nalla

Aishani Nalla is an experienced School-Based Occupational Therapist currently employed at ACLD and THE HAGEDORN LITTLE VILLAGE SCHOOL, focusing on therapeutic interventions based on students' IEP goals and preparing preschool-aged children for kindergarten readiness. A caseload of 50-55 students is managed at ACLD, while engaging in sensory input and fine motor skill activities at THE HAGEDORN LITTLE VILLAGE SCHOOL. Aishani also provides contract-based services through All About Kids, targeting age-appropriate skills in the Nassau/Suffolk region. Previous experience includes roles such as University Innovation Fellow and Guide at Stanford's d.school, PT Rehabilitation Aide, and Fieldwork Level 2 experiences at FOX Rehabilitation and The Hallen School. Aishani holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Iona University and a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Human Services from Penn State University.
