James E. Scott

James E. Scott is the current director at Aduro Clean Technologies and a former CEO at Receptra Naturals. James has also served as an independent director of Harborside Inc., a public iconic California vertically integrated cannabis company. As the CEO of Receptra Naturals, James oversaw the hypergrowth of the company, which experienced a 6x increase in revenue during their 18 months of leadership. Under their guidance, the company raised over $1.5mm in equity capital from high net worth investors, opened two new manufacturing facilities, built an experienced management team, and gained large national retail accounts. James was also one of the select companies in the industry to be able to advertise on Google and take payments through Square. James led Receptra Naturals through August 2019 and remained on the Board through February 2021.
