Julia Reeve

Julia Reeve is a National Teaching Fellow at Advance HE since August 2021 and a part-time Lecturer in Business & Law at De Montfort University Leicester since July 2021. With a teaching career at De Montfort University beginning in 2006, Julia has served as a Teacher Fellow and Digital Partner focused on Creative Pedagogies within Library & Learning Services. Julia has extensive experience in higher education, primarily as a Senior Lecturer in Art, Design & Humanities, specializing in Critical & Contextual Studies and Ethical Fashion. Prior to academia, Julia worked as a designer in the fashion industry and spent nearly a decade teaching in Further Education. Julia holds a Master’s Degree in Theatre Arts from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion & Textiles from De Montfort University.
