Arthur Posch is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in customer success and commercial roles within the SaaS sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success for the Americas at ADVANCE®AI, Arthur focuses on delivering AI-driven insights to enhance pharmaceutical leaders' operations. Previously, Arthur played a key role at AcuityMD as one of the first commercial hires post-Series A, and at ASP Global, where strategic initiatives led to significant revenue growth during the pandemic. Experience at Stryker included roles from Sales Associate to Team Lead, during which Arthur transformed underperforming territories significantly.
