Rute Fernandes has over two decades of experience in the health insurance sector, currently serving as a Técnica Configuração Seguros Saúde at AdvanceCare, S.A. since March 2000, where responsibilities include configuring health insurance benefit plans and managing policy issuance and changes. Prior roles at AdvanceCare include managing hospital billing and claims analysis, as well as leading a business unit focused on payment processing and reimbursements. Rute's career began in the insurance field at A.C – Mediadora de Seguros, S.A., and at Fidelidade Mundial, specializing in automobile claims management.
