Barbara Rockwell

Barbara Rockwell, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. since January 2020. Prior to this position, Barbara held the role of HR Manager at Fairway Architectural Railing Solutions from 2014 to December 2019 and worked as an HR Generalist at The Jay Group from February 2008 to December 2014. Barbara Rockwell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in English/Communications from PennWest Clarion, graduating in 1989.
