Aaron Baxter

Aaron Baxter has extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Group Lead - PMO at Advanced Medical Solutions since May 2019, Aaron oversees project portfolio management for various medical segments. Previously, Aaron led the continuous improvement team and project management office for Linde Healthcare EMEA from May 2012 to May 2019, utilizing LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance patient outcomes. Aaron's earlier career at Air Products spanned over two decades in various customer service and managerial roles, including European Customer Services Process Owner and European Contact Centre Manager for Healthcare. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from the University of Portsmouth and has A levels and O levels from Bishop Ullathorne RC Comprehensive.
