Debjit Das Sarma

Debjit Das Sarma is a seasoned professional in the field of computer science and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Fellow in the ML Hardware Architecture of the Instinct GPU group at AMD since September 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of Principal Autopilot Hardware Architect at Tesla from February 2016 to August 2024 and serving as a Fellow and CPU Lead Architect at AMD from May 2001 to February 2016. Debjit Das Sarma earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Southern Methodist University (1988-1994) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from Jadavpur University (1984-1988).
