Tariq Masood

Tariq Masood is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in systems software architecture and cloud solutions. Currently serving as an AMD Fellow for Server Systems Software since 2011, Tariq leads the design for datacenter solutions encompassing a wide range of responsibilities including memory management, security, power management, and virtualization technologies. Prior to AMD, Tariq held a director position at Dell focused on hyper-converged cloud solutions and worked at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included research on processor virtualization and leading post-silicon validation efforts for Xeon processors. Tariq's early career at Citrix involved enhancing Windows Server OS for application-level virtualization. Tariq is educated through the Chief Technology Officer Program at The Wharton School and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida.
