Jeffrey Kersey

Jeffrey Kersey is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in managing defense-related projects and collaborations between government, industry, and academic stakeholders. Currently serving as a Program Manager at ATI | Advanced Technology International, Kersey oversees the Naval Energetics Systems and Technologies (NEST) and the Training & Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) programs, as well as the Defense Ordnance Technology Consortium (DOTC) program. Prior to this, Kersey held various leadership roles within the US Army for a decade, including overseeing project management operations for a 25,000-employee organization globally and advising on policy and operational support for Army Special Operations Forces. Educational qualifications include a project management degree from the Joint Forces Staff College and additional military education from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
