Matt Glavach

Matt Glavach is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as the Director of the PMO at ATI (Advanced Technology International) since July 2013. Matt has a proven track record in promoting process consistency and improvements across organizations, guiding numerous program teams, and managing high-stakes programs with significant budgets and personnel. Prior to ATI, Matt held various roles at SAIC, including Deputy Operations Manager and Project Manager, where oversight of government contracts was paramount. Earlier, Matt contributed to Island Integrations as Business Manager, overseeing accounting, finance, and purchasing operations. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Citadel and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
