Contracts and Compliance Team

The Contracts and Compliance Team at ATI plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing contractual agreements and compliance with regulatory standards. This team, comprising experienced subcontract administrators and contracts managers, ensures that all contracts related to Department of Defense initiatives are structured, executed, and maintained effectively, while also monitoring compliance with both Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) and Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR). Their collaborative efforts support innovative research projects by safeguarding the interests of ATI and its sponsors.
