Brett Spjut

Brett Spjut is an accomplished operations and project manager with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as General Manager at ATL, A Bureau Veritas Company since December 2022, Brett directs the operations of chemistry and microbiology laboratories. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Tulkoff Food Products, where an output increase of 31% was achieved, and Production Manager at Schwan's Company, overseeing a large team in the production of frozen pizzas. Brett has also held key positions at Givaudan, General Mills, Nestlé Waters North America, AmeriFill International, and Icon Security, demonstrating proficiency in microbiology, operational efficiency, and team leadership. Brett holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a B.S. in Microbiology from Brigham Young University.
