Phil Nye

Phil Nye possesses extensive experience in the turf and ornamental industry, holding various positions that demonstrate a strong leadership and technical background. Currently serving as the Turf and Ornamental Technical Sales representative for Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois at Advanced Turf Solutions, Phil has previously worked as the Eastern Missouri Branch Manager for Helena Chemical Company, overseeing operations in turf, ornamental, forestry, and vegetation management. As the Sole Proprietor and President of Green Horizons Lawn and Tree Service, Phil also managed St. Louis Tree & Shrub Care as Market Manager for Barefoot Grass Lawn Care/EverGreen Lawns. Additionally, Phil's expertise is supported by a background as a GIS Specialist at USDA-NRCS. Phil earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Agriculture, Soils, and Plant Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1988 and 1994.
