Selen Turner

Selen Turner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Partner at Advantage Performance Group and previously as Global Director of Talent Management, Learning, and Organizational Development at Cordis, Selen has also contributed as an Advisory Board Member at Florida International University and held the position of Director of Talent Management at Mastercard. Earlier in the career, Selen managed Organizational Development at Carnival Cruise Line.
