Currently serving as Vice President of Innovation & Product Development at Advantice Health since October 2024, Julio has previously held key leadership roles at Paula's Choice Skincare, where responsibilities included directing global innovation and formula development. At Innovative Cosmetics, Julio achieved significant growth and employee retention as CEO, and at Englewood Lab, implemented a new product development process that enhanced product approval rates and drove substantial sales increases.
