Sarah Duong

Sarah Duong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in People and Culture roles, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Advara HeartCare since October 2022. Previously, Sarah held the position of Head of People & Culture for Cardiology Australia and Senior People & Culture Business Partner for Oncology Australia at GenesisCare, where strategic and operational HR management was integral to supporting national teams. Additionally, Sarah contributed as People & Culture Leader and P&C Partnerships Manager at New Horizons Enterprises Limited, and acted as Head of People & Culture at Mission Australia, furthering HR initiatives across various divisions. Sarah began their career as a Learning & Development Officer with the Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union and has a solid educational foundation with degrees in Human Resource Management and Psychology/Employment Relations from the University of Wollongong.
