Flora Oliveira

Flora Oliveira currently serves as Vice President at Advent International since September 2023 and as Operating Partner at The 23 Fund since November 2022. Prior experience includes a role on the investment team at Andreessen Horowitz from June 2022 to September 2022, and a significant tenure at Loft from January 2019 to August 2021, where Flora held dual responsibilities as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Business Development. Earlier, Flora worked as a Private Equity Investor at Advent International from November 2014 to December 2018, and in equity research at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for a brief period in mid-2014. Flora also gained consulting experience at CJE - Consultoria Júnior de Economia FGV from September 2011 to September 2012. Academic credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business (2021-2023) and a degree from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2011-2015), with additional studies at HEC Paris in 2013.
