Elena Kohn, Esq. serves as the Associate Divisional Chief Legal Officer at AdventHealth since November 2021, providing legal counsel on healthcare issues within the West Florida Division. Previously, Elena held the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Women's Care Florida and General Counsel roles at Alliance Physical Therapy Partners and Dynamic Dental Partners Group, where expertise included healthcare regulatory advising, corporate law, and compliance. Elena's legal career commenced with notable internships at U.S. District Courts, coupled with a foundational role at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, focusing on healthcare and business law. Elena's education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies and Scandinavian Studies from UCL, a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law, and a Mini MBA for In-House Counsel from Boston University.
