Jim Passey

Jim Passey serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer at AdventHealth, overseeing corporate responsibility, compliance, and privacy activities within a health care delivery system operating 52 acute care hospitals across 9 states. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Vice President and Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer at UHS, managing compliance and privacy for a network that includes 29 hospitals and over 300 behavioral health facilities. Additional experience includes Vice President roles at HonorHealth and Presence Health, focusing on audit, compliance, and privacy programs, as well as earlier positions at Sutter Health and Huntington Hospital, where Jim expanded compliance initiatives. Jim's extensive background in health care administration began at Valley Health System, where Jim held multiple leadership roles focusing on compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency. Jim holds a Master's degree in Public Health/Health Services Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Pre-Medicine from Brigham Young University.
