Steven Penn

Steven Penn is an accomplished professional in information security with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Information Security at AdventHealth since January 2018. With a strong commitment to education, Steven has contributed as a Subject Matter Expert at ISC2 since 2007 and served as an Adjunct Professor at Volunteer State Community College from July 2017 to August 2019. Steven's entrepreneurial spirit led to the founding of TriStar Cyber Solutions LLC, where Steven served as Founder & CEO from April 2016 to December 2017. Steven's previous positions include Senior Director at HITRUST Alliance LLC and Information Security Program Manager roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation and Emdeon. Steven's academic background includes a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, along with additional cybersecurity education from Harvard University.
