Bob Fecteau

Bob Fecteau is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in various roles within the Information Technology sector. Currently serving as the CIO and Technology Leadership Consultant at Rfect Solutions since April 2019 and as an IT Advisor to the CEO and Chief Information Officer at SAIC since 2013, Bob focuses on aligning people, processes, and technologies to enhance business competitiveness and develop future CIO leaders. Additionally, Bob is an Advisory Information Technology Specialist at AdvisoryCloud since August 2019, providing technology leadership advice. Previous positions include Chief Information Officer at BAE Systems and USAINSCOM, where Bob also managed critical Army Intelligence automated systems. Bob holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Syracuse University, earned between 2004 and 2006.
