Dr. Colette Susan Haywood M.D.

Dr. Colette Susan Haywood MD, HEMBA, CHCQM-PHYADV, FAAFP serves as the Director of Adult Medicine and Staff Physician at Family Health Centers of South West Florida since August 2011. In addition, Dr. Haywood has been an Advisor at AdvisoryCloud since March 2021. Dr. Haywood holds an Executive MBA in Health Care Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, completed a Family Medicine Residency Program at JFK Medical Center in New Jersey, and earned a Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University, where a Bachelor of Science in Health Services was also obtained. Further credentials include a Midwifery degree and a Registered Nursing degree from Grenada School of Nursing.
