Tracey Nobil

Tracey Nobil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management, business consulting, and talent optimization. Currently serving on the Participant Advisory Council at the Center for Elders' Independence and as an Advisor for AdvisoryCloud, Nobil has also held the position of Talent Optimization Consultant at The Predictive Index since December 2020. As Principal Consultant of Nobil Solutions Consulting since 2012, focus has been on delivering strategic project development in management and marketing. Previous roles include Senior Property Manager at Vestar, General Manager at both Ethan Conrad Properties Inc. and JLL, and General Manager/Marketing Director at Continental Real Estate Companies, where significant responsibilities included launching a major shopping center and enhancing tenant relationships.
