Victoria Stolf

Victoria Stolf serves as a Support Engineer 2 at Atlassian since February 2020, focusing on Jira Software and Jira Work Management Cloud, where responsibilities include assisting customers with cloud and application issues, troubleshooting, handling escalated tickets, and collaborating with development teams to identify and report application bugs. In previous roles as Support Engineer 1 and Associate Support Engineer, Victoria supported Bitbucket Cloud and Confluence Server through database management and application troubleshooting. Currently, Victoria also supports Atlassian Jira Cloud applications at e-Core. Victoria holds a degree from the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Sul and is pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Unisinos.
