Beth Cowper

Beth Cowper is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the Middle East and Africa. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at AECOM, Beth has previously held key positions including Talent Acquisition Resourcing Manager and TA Lead for Civil Infrastructure. Prior roles also include Senior Global Recruiter at CDM Smith, Recruitment Specialist at Al Futtaim, and Senior Consultant at Manpower Professional. Earlier in the career, Beth worked at Elan Computing, advancing from Junior Account Manager to Senior Account Manager. Beth holds a 2:1 degree in Sociology from the University of Reading, completed in 2004.
