Lily Benson

Lily Benson is an experienced Environmental Planner currently employed at AECOM since December 2023, following a previous position in the same role at EMPSi from August 2022 to December 2023. At EMPSi, Lily performed NEPA analysis and contributed to land use planning efforts, including writing technical reports and sections for Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, and Resource Management Plans focusing on various resources such as air quality and climate change. Prior to this, Lily worked as a Consulting Intern at CETEC from July 2021 to July 2022, where research and data analysis were conducted to assess the impacts of the built environment on air quality. Educational background includes a degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed in December 2021, and a high school diploma from Temecula Valley High School, obtained in June 2018.
