Renee Moran

Renee Moran, GMS, currently serves as the Head of Immigration for the Americas at AECOM, where responsibilities include overseeing the immigration processes for the US, Canada, and LATAM, managing various visa categories and permanent residency, and providing strategic guidance on immigration trends and policies. Previously, Renee held roles such as Global Mobility Manager at AECOM, Program Manager for Mobility, Immigration & Tax at UnitedHealth Group, and Immigration and Relocation Consultant at RBC, gaining extensive experience in managing immigration processes, expatriate assignments, and vendor relationships. Prior positions also include HR Specialist in Global Mobility at The Nature Conservancy and roles in human resources and event management at the United Nations Foundation, American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Cato Institute. Renee holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, coupled with a certification in Event Management.
