Yishan Guan

Yishan Guan is a Deputy Project Manager at AECOM, with previous experience as a Course Assistant at Columbia University, supporting a civil engineering course. Yishan has held various roles, including Digital Advisory Analyst Intern at STV, Research Fellow with Global Leaders in Construction Management focusing on data analytics and industry research, and Project Engineer at Venture General Contracting, where responsibilities included technical expertise and project management on multi-family and healthcare projects. Yishan started the professional journey as a Student Assistant at the University of Washington and gained internship experience in project engineering, estimating, and real estate development. Yishan holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
